How To Use our online order system

Our shopping cart system is designed to be simple and intuitive to ensure you may order from us easily and conveniently. You do not need to pre-register to use our online order system.

Online Shopping
Browse our shopping pages to locate the items you wish to purchase. Some products may offer options (colour, size, etc) - select the specification that you prefer, then click the adjacent ADD TO BASKET button.

(1) Your Current Order
You will be immediately transferred to the CURRENT ORDERS page, which is the first of 3 stages to completion of your order. This page confirms the details of your order and any delivery charges that may apply. There are options to change quantities, remove items or go back to the shopping pages to add further items to your order. When you are ready to complete your order click the CHECKOUT NOW button on that page

(2) Customer Details
This is part 2 of the 3-stage order completion sequence. You simply need to complete the form on this page with your own name and address information. When this is done click the SELECT PAYMENT METHOD at the bottom of that page

(3) Order Summary and Payment Method
On the final page you will clearly see details of the items you are ordering and your own contact details that you have entered. You should check everything carefully to ensure correctness - there are options here to return to any part of the order process to change your order or your contact information. When you are satisfied that everything is correct you simply need to select your payment option from those available (see info below), then click the SEND ORDER NOW button.


Payment Options

We offer a choice of payment options.
Which ever method you choose, a comprehensive ORDER SUMMARY page is generated that you may immediately print for your records. You will also receive a duplicate of the ORDER SUMMARY sent to your email address.


Credit Card Callback Service
With this useful service, you do not have to enter your card details at all. Simply complete your own contact and delivery information, and we will telephone you the next working day to obtain your dard details.
When you select this option, an ORDER SUMMARY is automatically generated. A copy of the order is emailed to your email address.
When we contact you, we will quote the unique order number that is included on your order confirmation.
We will then process your card the same or the next working day. We may have to contact you if there is a problem with processing your card


Technical Notes

Our ordering system should operate perfectly on all recent browsers and most older ones.
To avoid potential problems you should ensure that cookies enabled

Some ISPs and email service providers use poor quality SPAM filtering and this may automatically treat your order confirmation email as spam, thus preventing it from reaching you. If you do not receive your order confirmation email this will certainly be the case - please contact us directly and we will confirm receipt of your order.
